* The sale of 154 Clay St., a vacant lot in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $410,000. Al Holloman, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 118-16 153rd St., a two-story shell property in Queens, N.Y., for $152,000. Thomas Donovan, partner with Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of a retail medical condo at 160 W. 86th St. in New York City for $808,000. Meyrick Ferguson and Robert Knakal, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 135-02/08 131st St., a single-story, 3,520 s/f garage building in Queens, N.Y., for $375,000. Thomas Donovan, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 153 Seaman Ave., a five-story apartment building in New York City, for $2.81 million. Marco Lala, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;
