Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 1194-1202 Lexington Ave., two adjacent walk-up buildings in New York City, for $8.25 million. Robert A. Knakal, negotiated the transaction;

* The sale of 661 W. 179 th St., a five-story, walk-up building in New York City, for $4.51 million. Marco Lala, managing director of Massey Knakal, and Robert A. Knakal, negotiated the transaction;

* The sale of 1872 Monroe Ave., a five-story, walk-up building in New York City, for $2.27 million. Marco Lala, managing director of Massey Knakal, negotiated the transaction;

* The sale of 446 W. 34 th St., a four-story office building in New York City, for $2.2 million. Michael Crissy, director, represented the seller. George Comfort and Sons, Inc. represented the buyer;

* The sale of 820 Riverside Drive, a five-story, 51,000 s/f apartment building in New York City, for $5.6 million. Marco Lala negotiated the transaction;

* The sale of 41 W. 47 th St., a five-story, 8,230 s/f building in New York City, for $7.2 million. Robert A. Knakal negotiated the transaction;
