Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 180 Claremont Ave., a six-story apartment building in New York City, for $8.5 million. Marco Lala, managing director of Massey Knakal, and Robert Knakal, chairman, represented both parties;

* The sale of 23312337 Second Ave., a five-story, mixed-use building in New York City, for $3.15 million. Shimon Shkury, director of sales with Massey Knakal, and Mark Massey, represented both parties;

* The sale of 43-23/29 35 th St., a 17,000 SF factory building in Queens, N.Y., for $2.42 million. Simon Snyder, director of sales with Massey Knakal, represented the seller. Kaplan Belo Associates Inc. represented the buyer;

* The sale of 550 Fifth Ave., a commercial/retail condominium building in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $3.65 million. Thomas Donovan, executive managing director of Massey Knakal, Tim King and Ken Freeman represented both parties.
