* The sale of 315-21 E. 108th St., two six-story buildings in New York City, for $7 million. Shimon Shkury and Robert Knakal, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 1510 Second Ave., a five-story, 8,160 s/f mixed-use building in New York City, for $4.65 million. Robert Knakal and Thomas Gammino, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 565 W. 161st St., a 6,536 s/f development site in New York City, for $255,000. Robert Shapiro, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;
