Massachusetts-Based Career Coach Launches DVD to Help Candidates "Interview with Confidence".

BOSTON -- Jeanne Knight, certified Career Coach, this week launched "Ten Steps To Interviewing With Confidence", a 60-minute DVD and Study Guide that offers job seekers a step-by-step process for succeeding on an interview.

Knight, who spent 20 years in Human Resources and is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC) and Career Management Coach (CCMC), developed the DVD program after spending years helping clients who were struggling with the same interviewing challenges learn how to prepare for, and succeed, in an interview.

"Throughout my HR career I've interviewed hundreds of candidates, many of whom were perfectly qualified on paper," said Knight. "But, unfortunately, they weren't able to convince me, or a hiring manager, that they were the right person for the job.

"I created this program because there are so many job seekers with excellent credentials who aren't getting the job they deserve because of their interviewing skills. This DVD, along with its companion Study Guide, is a powerful tool that "coaches" the job seeker on how not to make the same mistakes I've seen so many other candidates make. It offers key strategies, techniques and insider tips to help people in all industries and at all levels of an organization confidently present the very best of what they have to offer to a prospective employer."

Knight's program teaches candidates how to:

* "Sell" their skills and accomplishments by creating powerful success stories

* Master the answers to some of the toughest interview questions

* Tackle the salary question with ease and conviction

* Ace the phone screen

* Conclude the interview leaving a great impression

* And moreC*

"Ten Steps to Interviewing With Confidence" is available for $49.95 at http://www.careerdesigns.biz/dvd.htm
