Mashreq Qatar launches 'majestic loans'.

Mashreq Qatar has launched its Majestic Loans, which it said gives customers the opportunity to fulfil their banking and financing needs in a single package.

Customers can open a salary transfer account, apply for a loan, and enjoy the benefits of a credit card and overdraft, all in one go. Mashreq Majestic will also offer a free Black Berry curve, Samsung SII or iPhone/iPad, guaranteed against all successful

applications.

Customers will be able to collect the smartphones from any StarLinks outlet in Qatar, the bank's partner for the promotion. Customers applying for the package can enjoy savings of up to QR 10,000, said the bank in a statement.

In addition to loans at competitive rates, the Majestic Loan package includes the Platinum Credit Card, which provides "buy 1 get 1 free" discounts coupons worth QR5,000 and free shopping at many prominent retail outlets in Qatar including Marks & Spencer and Home Centre.

The card also allows customers free access to the VIP Oryx Lounge at Doha International Airport, free Arabian Automobile Association membership worth QR500, free access to Al Maha meet and assist at Doha International Airport as well as discounted balance transfer facility and easy cash facilities, amongst other benefits.

Head of Retail Banking, Mashreq Qatar Niranjan Mendonca said "Customers are at the heart of our bank and we will continue to ensure that all their banking needs are met through our tailored made packages."

The bank's comprehensive Majestic Loan package offers customers a personal loan, salary advance and a free Smartphone to keep up to date with their finances, in addition to numerous other benefits, said the Mashreq Qatar official. "Our bank is committed to providing its customers with solutions that meet their financial needs and also complement their lifestyles."

Mendonca added: "Our products are not only flexible but are easily accessible as well and we urge customers to benefit from our competitive discounts."
