Martin Dawes pledges to increase jobs total.

MARTIN Dawes Systems in Warrington is expanding at home and abroad.

The company, which develops and sells billing and customer care solutions for telecommunication service providers, has announced plans to increase its 260- strong workforce by a quarter.

Many of the new positions are earmarked for its Warrington head office.

New roles include business analysts, software development and production engineers to work in the UK and abroad.

Clare Mannion, head of human resources and development, said: "We work in a hugely dynamic and exciting industry where our systems help operators deliver world-class customer services.

"Our success is directly attributable to the talent, enthusiasm and determination of the people we employ.

"We are confident we can find who we are looking for here in the north west - people who are as excited by new challenges and opportunities as we are."
