Marketer, producer and distributor of fresh and processed foods Chiquita Brands International and vegetable processing company Seneca Foods Corporation have announced that they have received regulatory clearance to proceed with the previously announced sale of Chiquita's vegetable canning subsidiary, Chiquita Processed Foods, to Seneca.
