Mark-Taylor apartments offers residents free 'Club' fitness.
"This is a strategic campaign, which can help our existing residents as well as those who may be researching the right community for their next phase in life," says Kim Atkinson, Director of Marketing.
At its 32 metro Phoenix communities, the company's "Spring Into Action" program provides residents with a one-month membership at Life Time Fitness, personal training sessions and two weeks of boot camp.
New residents at the company's Las Vegas communities, meanwhile, will receive a three-month membership to any Las Vegas Athletic Club. Finally, residents in Washington will receive a 30-day membership to Gold's Gym and/or personal training.
The offer was good through May 31.
"There is something about getting a fresh start in a new apartment," concludes Atkinson. "Renters are coming from a wide variety of perspectives and experiences, and advocating a healthy lifestyle may be what helps them choose one of our communities."
