Mario Crosta highlights Brush Sueding Machine.

Mario Crosta Brush-Sueding Machine installed with four brushed is suitable for various kinds of fibres, and equipped with following technical features:

Automatic seam guard and control of fabric tension.

Fabric spreading and centering unit for knits.

Touch-screen display and program software capable of recording up to 400 work programs.

Impulse running of each device with independent driving system.

Driving system with inverter-controlled three phase motors.

Parameters can be set both during machine standstill and while working.

Equipped with plaiter or winder.

Adriano Molteni explained that this model is equipped with 4 brushes for the treatment of woven and knitted fabrics, both open-width and tubular form, working width 1,200/1,800/2,200 mm. The machine brushes are suitable for the processing of knitted and woven fabrics. The machine can be divided in two independent modules, each of two brushes, which allow the operator to set two different brushing effects for each module.

The machine parameters can set according to the final effect required on the fabric. The achievable result is independent on the fabric type and it remains constant during the time, due to the electronic automatic adjustment of the machine.

Mario Crosta is represented in Pakistan by Mustex Corporation and already has several key references in the textile denim industry.
