Procedure: Phase A-Add phase A to main vessel and begin heating to
75-80[degrees]C with sheer mixing. Phase B-At 65-70[degrees]C add
phase B to main vessel with sheer mixing. Continue heating to
75-80[degrees]C. Phase C-In separate vessel, add phase C and heat
to 75-80[degrees]C under sheer mixing. Once both vessels are at
temperature, add phase C to main vessel under high sheer mixing
(500-600 rpm). Begin cool down. Phase D-At 45-50[degrees]C add
phase D to main vessel under sheer mixing. Phase E-Premix phase E
in separate vessel and add to main vessel. Homogenize final formula
(1-2 minutes @ 2000-3000 rpm) for uniformity. Once batch is uniform
transfer to final container. PROPERTIES: pH--5.5-6.5;
Viscosity--1000-1300.

PROCEDURE: Charge water (A) into the main vessel. Begin heating the
batch to 40-45[degrees]C. Add Pureact WS Cone (B) with moderate
mixing. Mix until clear. Remove heat. Add Pureact LAA, Preact Gluco
L, Pureact MS-CG (C). Mix until homogeneous. When the temperature
is below 40[degrees]C, add the sodium benzoate (D). Add citric aci
solution (CE) to adjust pH. Note viscosity can be further adjusted
using increments of Preact Gluco L, adjusting the Pureact Gluco L
and C ratios, reducing the pH or adding electrolyte. PROPERTIES:
Appearance--Clear; pH 5.97; Viscosity, cps--2,800 (Brookfield RV #5
@ 50 rpm, 25[degrees]C); % solids--17.53.

PROCEDURE: Combine phase A to main vessel with agitation. Sprinkle
phase B into phase A while mixing. Allow to hydrate. Increase
agitation as batch thickens. Mix until uniform. Premix phase C and
add to main vessel with mixing. Begin heating batch to
80-85[degrees]C. In separate vessel, combine phase D with mixing.
Heat to 80-85[degrees]C. When vessels have reached 80-85[degrees]C,
add phase D to main vessel. Mix until uniform. Then begin cooling.
Premix phase E. When main vessel reaches 70[degrees]C, add phase E
with mixing. Mix until emulsified. Then cool to 40[degrees]C. When
batch has cooled to 40[degrees]C, add phase F ingredients
individually with mixing between additions. Mix until batch has
cooled to room temperature.

PROCEDURE: Prepare phase A, using a suitable dispersion unit, such
