Marianne Thorsen named as top Coldwell Banker producer.
Marianne Thorsen Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties Unlimited Associates was named as one of the Top Five Producers globally for the Coldwell Banker Commercial[R] brand. She was also named number one Commercial Sales Associate in adjusted closed gross commission in the state of New York for Coldwell Banker Commercial[R] placing her in the top one percent of the more than 3,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial[R] sales associates. Jerry Anderson, CCIM, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial, presented Thorsen with her awards at the company's annual Global Commercial Conference, held recently at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina in San Diego, CA. Nearly 600 Coldwell Banker Commercial owners, brokers, sales associates, managers and employees attended the event."Marianne Thorsen's dedication to the commercial real estate industry and her clients is reflected through these distinguished awards. Thorsen was born in Stockholm, Sweden and moved to the U. S. in 1968. She has been with Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy for four years.
Thorsen is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, AREW and the American Scandinavian Foundation. She is also a member of the Swedish Women's Education Association, The Edgewood Club of Tivoli and the Friends of Claremont.
