Marc runs the show for Bay.

HYDE .................................... 2 COLWYN BAY...................... 4 COLWYN Bay picked up their first win of the Vanarama Conference North season with a victory at basement boys Hyde.

Obi Anoruo scored in each half for the visitors, with Joel Bemba-Leta and Jake Parker also on target, while Marc Williams ran the show with three assists.

It took the visitors just 17 seconds to open the scoring, as Williams set up Anoruo, who produced an angled shot from the right-hand edge of the box that ended up in the far corner.

With the stunned hosts hardly having chance to draw breath, that lead was doubled on five minutes when a Louis Moss corner was met by the head of Bamba-Leta and, despite home protests that the ball hadn't crossed the line, the goal was given.

Anorou beat the offside trap to make it 3-0 on 51 minutes, before the hosts hit back with two goals in three minutes.

But there was to be no home late revival as Williams provided the cross for Parker to clinch victory.
