Marc I. Altman.

Marc I. Altman (photo), 36, has joined Commercial Developments International/East, Inc. (CDI/East) as a vice president, according to Alan T. Kessler, president.

Altman will be responsible for asset management and will work with Kessler on CDI/East's acquisition program.

Most recently, he was director of acquisitions and finance at Enterprise Group Development Corp. Prior to that, he was vice president and director of asset management at Thomson McKinnon Securities, Inc. Altman also has served at Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. and KPMG Peat Marwick Co.

Altman lives with his wife, Sarah, and three children, Elizabeth, Harrison and Lillian, in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
