Marathon fundraiser overtakes husband.
Jane completed the gruelling course in five hours 15 minutes - a feat made all the more remarkable after she managed only 12 weeks training due to chemotherapy and injury.
And she was celebrating after beating husband Mike for the first time, passing him with the comment: "Are you all right?"
Mike, aged 45, said his response was unrepeatable.
The 41-year-old mother-of-three announced she was retiring from charity work last year after completing the gruelling Florida Ironman contest.
But, following a course of chemotherapy earlier this year, her health stabilised and she has decided to continue fundraising while she is still able - and she hopes to raise another pounds 1 million.
She said she was overjoyed to have finished and be back in the fundraising groove.
Since being diagnosed with terminal cancer five years ago, Jane has also completed a 2,500-mile bike ride from Rome to her home in Rothwell, Leeds, as well as a number of triathlons.
So far she has raised pounds 1.2 million for the cancer charity she set up four years ago, but she hopes to add another pounds 1 million to the total
