Manulife declares monthly distribution on class A, U units.

BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-April 23, 2015-Manulife declares monthly distribution on class A, U units


Manulife U.S. Regional Bank Trust (NYSE: MFC) (TSX: MFC) (PSE: MFC) said it has declared a monthly cash distribution of CDN0.416 per unit of its class A unit. It has also declared a monthly cash distribution of USD0.416 per unit of its class U unit.

Distributions will be paid on May 14, 2015 to unitholders of record as of April 30, 2015.

The company said unitholders who has continually held units since inception will have received a total of CDN0.3328 per class A Unit and USD0.3328 per class U Unit as of the payment date.
