Manufacturer relocates in CT.

In a relocation of its headquarters, New Hermes, Inc., a manufacturer of engraving machinery and materials, has signed a 10-year lease for 13,174 square-feet of corporate office space at 535 Connecticut Avenue, a modern office building in Norwalk, it was announced by Rostenberg-Doern Company Inc. of Stamford.

New Hermes is moving its headquarters staff of approximately 50 employees from a smaller location in Norwalk to the new offices.

Gerard P. Hallock and George R. Walker of Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction.
