Mandee Shops signs in Mahopac.

Brandenberg Realty Associates, Inc. was the real estate broker for the owners of the Mahopac Village Center, successfully leasing a 9,000-square-foot store to Mandee Shops, a women's apparel subsidiary of Big M, Inc. Mandee Shops opened the Mahopac store on last month.

Peter A. Brandenberg personally negotiated the Mandee Shops and the 50,000 square foot A&P leases, in addition to many others in the shopping center. Brandenberg said "it was a hard sell, as both A&P and Big M turned us down at first.

Brandenberg previously owned this center, before he and his partners sold it to Value Properties, Inc.
