Manager 'drugged' Britney.
The shocking claims against Sam Lutfi were made by Britney's mum Lynne as she obtained a restraining order to keep him away from her daughter.
She alleged that Lutfi crushed upBritney's medication and put it in her food, and claimed he gave her something to "make her more light-hearted" during a visit from her family.
Lutfi allegedly told Lynne that Britney would kill herself if he was not there to make sure she took her pills.
It's claimed he added: "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll p*** on her grave."
A judge has barred Lutfi from all contact with Britney, who is in a mental ward.
In her statement to the court, released to reporters last night, Lynne claimed: "Mr Lutfi drugged Britney. He has cut Britney's home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything.
"Sam told Britney she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore."
Lynne claimed that when she arrived at Britney's home to see her daughter last month, she found several paparazzi photographers inside who "reported to Sam and treated him like a general".
She also alleged that her daughter behaved bizarrely that night, cleaning the house in an agitated state, repeatedly changing her clothes and dressing her three dogs in different outfits.
Lynne added: "Britney spoke to me in a tone and a level of understanding of a very young girl. She picked up a bottle of pills and asked, 'What does insomnia mean?'"
On Monday, a judge again ordered Lutfi to leave Britney alone after her parents accused him of breaking the restraining order by phoning her.
He insists he will return to her side after she recovers.
And he has accused Lynne and Britney's dad Jamie of being jealous of him.
Lutfi, who only met Britney in October last year, said: "They have an agenda. Their agenda is jealousy because they don't fit in. I do. They see her three times a year."
Britney's life fell apart after the collapse of her marriage to dancer Kevin Federline and an ugly custody battle over their two young sons.
She hit rock bottom when her erratic behaviour saw her banned from seeing the boys, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.
She is now in a psychiatric ward in LA. Her dad has been appointed by a court as a "conservator" - or guardian - of her affairs.
