Management Of Municipal Real Estate Built-up Residential Buildings And Niemieszkalnymi.

Object of the contract includes the provision of management services to municipal property built-up residential buildings and niemieszkalnymi and management of municipal dwellings and utility buildings, which were isolated premises to entities other than the Municipality of Sopot, situated in the area of District Residents~ Service No. 1 in Sopot. In connection with the implementation of management services, in consideration for the provision of management services, the Employer Contractor entrusts a separate agreement relating to the processing of personal data managed resource, under applicable in this aspect of the law.
The resources that will be covered by the service which is the subject of this procedure include:
a) properties built:
Residential buildings in the number 21 with a total usable area of 4,498.03 square meters of premises,
Buildings niemieszkalnymi in the number 10 with a total usable area of 2,858.11 square meters of premises,
Freestanding brick garages at number 27 with a total usable area of 478.85 square meters with infrastructure and premises and facilities appurtenant situated outside of managed properties.
b) municipal premises with a total usable area of 26,342.18 square meters in 160 properties built residential buildings in which distinguished premises to entities other than the Municipality of Sopot, along with the associated premises, including:
Sale of the total usable area of 24,106.72 square meters,
Commercial premises (including garages) with a total usable area of 2,235.46 m,
c) Sale municipal utility with a total usable area of 504.11 square meters in 2 properties built buildings niemieszkalnymi in which distinguished premises to entities other than the Municipality of Sopot, along with the associated rooms.
The above-mentioned resources defined as at 06.30.2016 are subject to change during the contract resulting in particular from the ownership transformation, updating measurements premises, demolition of buildings.
A detailed list of the resources referred to above are provided in Annex 2 to the model of the management contract.
The term "usable premises" means:
With regard to housing: surface of all the facilities in place, in particular the rooms, kitchen, pantry, foyers, alcoves, hallways, corridors, bathrooms and other rooms serving the residential and economic needs of the tenant, regardless of their purpose and method of use ; the usable area of residential premises is not considered to be of balconies, terraces, loggias, mezzanine, closets and storage spaces in walls, laundry, drying, prams, attics, basements, cells, parking garages and garages, which are the areas belonging to the premises.
