Man suspected of murder following death of 'family man' is bailed; Mark Bradbury was found dead at his home in Warrington.

A man who was arrested on suspicion of the murder of a Cheshire man has been bailed, police say.
Mark Bradbury, of Station Road inWarrington, was discovered dead in his home on Sunday, August 4 having suffered significant head injuries.
Paying tribute to him the 58-year-old's daughter said: "Mark was a family man, life and soul of every party, generous and loyal. Everyone who knew him is suffering from immense heartache."
A month after Mark's death a 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
He was taken into custody on Thursday, September 5.

Police have confirmed he has since been released on conditional bail pending further enquriies.
Officers will remain visible in the area as enquiries continue - and the community is urged to speak to them if they have concerns.
