Man charged with killing brother, nine.

A 20-YEAR-OLD man was last night charged with murdering his nine-year-old brother in a knife attack, police said.

Jack Taylor and his 18-year-old sister were both stabbed in the attack at a house in the Wibsey area of Bradford on Thursday night.

Jack was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary but died from his injuries shortly after 8pm.

His sister was also taken to hospital but her injuries were yesterday reported to be not life-threatening.

His brother, Daniel, was arrested and West Yorkshire Police said last night they had charged him with murder and wounding with intent.

Neighbours of the family described their shock at news of the tragedy.

Trevor Bairstow, whose 10-year-old granddaughter Leah went to school with Jack, said: "He was a normal little lad. I used to see him playing out and about. He never bothered us. What can you say?" Another neighbour Dale Webster, 24, described Jack as a "cute little lad" and a "normal kid".
