It is believed Lukaku has already agreed personal terms with Juve, worth over [pounds sterling]8 million per year, but Dybala is still yet to make a decision on his future, which is holding up the move.
The Argentinian was due to sit down with manager Maurizio Sarri after training on Thursday, but has been given extended leave by the club until August 5.
Dybala is reportedly set to meet with Sarri on Friday however, with the club keen to come to a conclusion so they can move forward.
Should a swap deal involving both players be completed, it would leave United short of a target man in attack.
