Fair skin has blue understones, so look for shades that are sweet but icy.

EYES Dark shadow can overpower if you're fair-skinned. Stick with lighter looks in pink, lavender, icy white and silver. Grey is a good neutral choice for eyeliner.

If you have a warm peaches-and-cream complexion, choose yellow-based colors to enhance your skin.

EYES Add brightness to your eyes with peach or gold highlighters. For fun, try a warm purple or cactus green. Brown is the best neutral color for lining your eyes.

Olive skin tones look great in rich neutral colors. Just avoid very warm shades--they can leave you looking sallow.

EYES Colors that look great? Pink. rose and white. If you want brown, pick a blue-based or neutral brown. Stay away from warm browns or olive-y shades. Highlight with soft, sheer golds--avoid yellow or mustard golds. Line your eyes with black/brown.

EYES Accent your eyes with copper, gold or light bronze. Warm purples or warm bright-blue are bolder choices.
