MakeMusic Announces New Partnerships.

Members of the International Trombone Association and the North American Saxophone Alliance to receive special SmartMusic pricing

MINNEAPOLIS -- MakeMusic, Inc. (Nasdaq:MMUS) announced today a new agreement with the International Trombone Association (ITA). Effective immediately, ITA members will be able to purchase an annual subscription of SmartMusic[R] for only $25.00. The standard annual subscription is priced at $100. Teacher members will be able to offer their students SmartMusic subscriptions at the same reduced price.

Ken Hanlon, ITA President, stated: "SmartMusic is the most incredible software for students and professionals alike. ITA is very proud to have been chosen to offer this program to its membership."

A similar partnership was formed in November with the North American Saxophone Alliance (NASA) allowing their members to purchase SmartMusic at the same reduced price as well as sponsor their students.
