MAINTAINING A QUALITY REPUTATION Watermark Plumbing Supplies is a Yorkshire-based, independent plumbers' merchant, offering bathrooms and plumbing and heating supplies -open to both trade and the public. The company first began trading in Malton, in north Yorkshire, in 2005. But it wasn't long before Watermark expanded into York in 2008 - then adding a third branch in Huddersfield in 2009.

Owners and directors John Helliwell and Mick Dodson have many years of combined experience in the trade and strongly believe in the importance of customer satisfaction and quality of service. John and Mick developed the company with their friend and former co-director, Glenn Moxon, who passed away in 2012. In December 2009, Karen Thornton joined the company, soon becoming managing director. Today, she continues to develop and drive the business forward, working alongside John and Mick.

In addition to the showroom, Watermark has well-equipped trade counters, which are manned by friendly, experienced and efficient staff who are only too pleased to help - offering practical advice on the industryled stock lines. "Our aim is to offer high-quality products and expert service to both trade and retail customers, establishing Watermark Plumbing Supplies as the first choice for all your bathroom and plumbing needs," explained Karen.

The team - including branch manager Russell Payne and his colleagues, Stephen Tordoff, Nick Sykes, Bradley Wray and Connor Peckett - will help you find a style to suit you.

The showroom is open from 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, and until 12 noon on Saturday. The trade counter is open from 7.30am, Monday to Saturday.
