Make 'em laugh.

Laugh off these dark, dreary days of winter at the Mike McDonald seventh annual Comedy Xxstravaganza, presented by New Hampshire's Cttzin Richard Entertainment, Friday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. at the Music Hall in Portsmouth.

McDonald, who has performed with legends Robin Williams and Steven Wright, will bring four other funny men for a night of comedy.

Tony V is a Boston native and was named "Funniest Person in Massachusetts" by Showtime television. He has appeared on "Late Night" with Conan O'Brien, "Seinfeld," and "The Single Guy" and on the networks HBO, A&E, Comedy Central and MTV He has acted in several films, included David Mamet's "State & Main."

Jim Colliton's lifetime in the suburbs is the source of his popular common-man material. "Jim delivers well-crafted jokes that connect with just about everybody,' says Joel Haas, comedy director for XM Satellite Radio. Colliton has appeared on Ed McMahon's Next Big Star, Comcast Comedy Spotlight, and XM Satellite Radio's Comedy Channel.

After being discovered on stage in Boston by the Farrelly brothers, Jackie Flyrm has been cast in several movies and TV episodes including "King Pin" (with Woody Harrelson), "There's Something About Mary" and TV's "The King of Queens".

Brad Mastrangelo has performed in venues across the country as well as frequently writing for Jay Leno's "Tonight Show".
