MagicRAM unveils high capacity 512GB MLC SDXC UHS-1 Memory Card.

[UKPRwire, Fri Oct 02 2015] MagicRAM launches high capacity 512GB MLC SDXC UHS-1 card that is compliant with SD Memory Card Standard version 3.0.

The key features of UHS-I cards include support for UHS104 which provides 104MBit/s bus speed on the SD interface and a maximum read speed of 95MB/sec and a write speed of 80MB/sec. They provide the conventional SD interfaces and are interoperable with existing SDHC host devices compliant with the SD Memory Card Standard Version 2.0. They also integrate highly secure CPRM copy protection technology.

Built with MLC NAND Flash, MagicRAM 512GB SDXC UHS-1 cards are manufactured using chip on Board Technology (COB) which encapsulates all exposed components and points of failure to ensure the products are fully water proof, dust proof, shockproof, and ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) proof.

As every MagicRAM products, the 512GB MLC SDXC UHS-1 cards feature locked Bill of Materials, which ensures a consistent solution and guaranteed performance over time.
