Madina Khalifa win Mission's Trophy Football.

Team Madina Khalifa Janubiya (MKJ) beat Team Latsio and won Mission's Trophy 2013-Football Tournament held at Arabi Sports Club recently.

A total of 16 teams participated in the tournament organized in conjunction with Qatar's National Day celebrations. The event was organised by Mission20 which is organizing sports activities for charitable purposes for the past 5 years.

Madina Khalifa Janubiya team scored four goals while Latsio team scored two goals. Nasser Salem Al Mana was coach of MKL team.

Saber Faraj, General Manager of Al Arabi Sports club, Habibun Nabi, Patron of Mission's Trophy), Abdurahman EP, Managing Director of Care n Cure group, Hussain Al Marri, President of Students' Representative Council, College of the North Atlantic-Qatar, Abdul Basid Solanki, Managing Director of Solanki Trading and Contracting, Rashid Khokar, Gulam Nabi, Zakari and Daoud Souliman Hilal were present during the prize distribution ceremony.

Amanat Solanki, Founder Chairman of Mission20 (M20) and Mission's Trophy 2013 (MT2013) Organizing Committee welcomed the guests and announced the names of award winners.

The awards were presented to Mahdi Al Malouki (best player), Ahmed Mohammed Younus of Shabb Rayyan (best goalkeeper), Zaid Ghazni Khan of Milan (player of the tournament) and Nfeu Zakaraya Mohammed of Madina Khalifa Janubiya (highest scorer).

Mission20 members presented a cheque of Qr 15000 to Kainat Foundation to promote education among under-privilege children in India through Kainat School. The amount was raised during the tournament and other previous projects.

Amanat Solanki thanked supporters and partners and organizing committee members Faisal Farooq, Suhaim Ahmed Al Haroon, Mohammed Awais and Ali Sulaiman. Abdullah Al Naema, Marketing Manager of the Al Arabi Sports club, earned praise for his support to organise the event.
