Made in Manchester.

WHO ARE THEY? A Manchester four-piece proving that pop music still has many weird and wonderful places left to go. Formed around two years ago - when musicians Ryan Croney, Liam Croney and David Acosta reached out to vocalist Abi White on Instragram - Foxglove have only really begun to hit their stride over the past few months and emerge as serious Manc music contenders.

And rightly so. Joining the dots between Tame Impala, HAIM and The Cure, these Manc music upstarts produce pop songs which cram an impossible amount of depth and texture into their four-minutes - from the waves of shoegazey, ambient guitar to the funk-infused basslines to the deep pathos of Abi White's stunning vocals.

The band's latest single, Car Radio, is another monstrously infectious pop banger - although, if you've seen them live, you'll surely agree that every Foxglove track sounds like a pop smash-in-waiting. FOR FANS OF: Wolf Alice, The 1975, Pale Waves, Everything Everything.

MAKE A DATE: Foxglove launch their new single, Car Radio, at Jimmy's on Tuesday, March 26. More info at - facebook.com/BandFoxglove
