Macromedia integrates FlashPlayer 5 with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5.
Macromedia Inc has released a new version of the Macromedia FlashPlayer 5 featuring comprehensive integration with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 browser software.
The new player enables enterprise and intranet developers to configure and control Macromedia Flash elements on a web page through custom XML tags. The integration makes it easier for developers to control Macromedia Flash user interface and application elements by using familiar standards, according to Macromedia.
