Mack-Cali presents NJ broker awards. (Transcripts).
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation recently presented its annual "New Jersey Broker Awards" for 2002 at a reception held at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, New Jersey. The New Jersey office of Insignia/ESG was recognized with two awards:* An Insignia/ESG team led by Robert Alexander, vice chairman and David Maurer-Hollaender, executive managing director was recognized for the "Largest Office Deal of The Year" for the 200,000 square foot Deutsche Bank lease at 2 Gatehall Road in Parsippany. The Insignia/ESG team also included Remy deVarenne and Walter Wolf.
* Raymond A. Sohmer, executive director of the Insignia/ESG's Central New Jersey office, accepted a second award for "Most Registered Leads By a Firm" for bringing the most prospective tenants to Mack-Cali's available buildings last year.
* "Naturally, we are particularly elated about receiving Mack-Cali's "Largest Deal of the Year" award. However, we are especially excited to receive the award for most prospective leads--a better indication of the true benefits and strengths of Insignia/ESG across the state. That's the extra added value we bring to our clients that no competitor can bring," stated Stacy Wallach, executive director in charge of Insignia/ESG's NJ operations.
