Machine-tool-finance firm launched.

Two partners with experience in a major machine-tool distributorship have started a capital-equipment-finance and -leasing company in the upper Midwest.

Mark Charlton, previously VP and founder of Systems Financial Credit division of Machinery Systems, Inc., and Tim Murphy, also formerly with Systems Financial Credit, are partners in the new venture, which they call Tech Financial Services.

The two financiers have 40 years combined experience in the machine-tool area; they say they will serve distributors, manufacturers, and end-user customers with financing and leasing options. The firm is headquartered in Milwaukee with a branch office in Naperville, Ill.

Tech Financial Services, Milwaukee, Wis. 414-224-0220.
