MYHEALTH; Bob Clark, 50, is managing director of Newport-based Clarks UK Ltd, a major UK supplier of maple syrup. He lives in Newport.

HOW HEALTHY ARE YOU? I am fairly healthy - certainly work and family life keep me busy and active. WHAT'S IN YOUR FRIDGE? Our fridge normally has a selection of different meats, various cheeses, vegetables, chutneys and wine!

WHAT'S YOUR HEALTH WEAKNESS? A chicken tikka dhansak curry with a long cold beer.

WHAT'S YOUR HEALTH KICK? I always make sure that I have a good breakfast whatever time I start my day, even if it is as early as 3am.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU EXERCISE? It's work and family commitments that mainly keep me active. My job is non-stop and I have two boys who also keep me on my toes. My eldest, Simeon, is a member of Only Boys Aloud and has been busy over the last few months, and my youngest, Rowan, is playing one of the children in the forthcoming production of La Boheme with the Welsh National Opera and will be touring with them until the end of the year. All this comes on top of the singing, dancing and swimming lessons, so Mum and Dad's taxi service is in constant demand and doesn't leave much time for anything else!

WHAT'S YOUR SUPER HEALTH PRODUCT? I may be a bit biased but my super health product really is maple syrup - a natural sweet topping that is an excellent source of manganese, which provides energy and antioxidants, as well as a good source of zinc. It helps protect the immune system, particularly in children, and it tastes good too.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE HEALTHY MEAL? Fresh salmon on a toasted bagel with crispy bacon, drizzled with some of our Clarks pure maple syrup - simply delicious.

WHAT'S YOUR BEST HEALTH TIP? Everything in moderation.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON PLASTIC SURGERY? I never thought I would, but maybe one day as I get older.

WHERE'S YOUR FAVOURITE OUTDOOR SPOT TO EXERCISE? When I am not running my kids around then an occasional round of golf, but only when it's sunny, as my game is even worse in the rain.
