MY WEDDING OWS; Bride smashes leg in Zorb ball on hen night.

Byline: NADEEM BADSHAH

A BRIDE went to her wedding in a wheelchair after she broke her leg rolling around inside a giant Zorb ball on her hen night.

Rebecca Blount, 24, needed surgery for three snapped bones in her ankle and one in her leg.

She said: "I twisted my leg as I went to kick a ball and was in absolute agony."

The mum-ofone added: "They said I needed an op. I couldn't be-lieve ita week before my big day!"

But Rebecca, hurt in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, battled on to wed Jake Blount in Wolverhampton. She was in such pain she had to change from her dress into sportswear before the reception.

And a month on she is still in agony and may need more surgery. At the home in Codhall, Staffs, she shares with Jake and 13-month Emilia, she said: "It's a real struggle. Thank heaven we didn't book a honeymoon."
