MY DADDY IS A HERO THE WOMEN WHO LOVE TO CHEAT WITH MARRIED MEN.

Byline: By JEREMY ARMSTRONG

THE seven-year-old son of the latest British soldier to be killed in Iraq said last night: "My dad died a hero."

Scott Wakefield - hair damp from his bedtime bath and in red pyjamas - stood almost to attention on his doorstep to talk about his 24-year-old guardsman father Anthony.

"I am going to tell all my friends about him at school," added the tearful youngster.

His Coldstream guardsman dad was on patrol near Al Amarah, southern Iraq, when a roadside bomb blasted his armoured vehicle at midnight local time on Sunday

It was the 87th British fatality of the Iraq operation. Premier Tony Blair sent his "profound condolences".

Widow Ann, 30, a mum- of-three, from Newcastle, said she got a knock on the door during the night and knew it was "bad news".
