Detectives issued CCTV footage showing a man officers want to speak to about Tuesday's horrific incident in Solihull.
The 51-year-old mother-oftwo was shot in the shoulder and hand at her home in Dovehouse Lane at around 8.30am. She was taken to hospital where she remains in a stable condition.

At this stage we do believe this to be a targeted attack but the motive remains unclear.

Mr Bell said officers also wanted to hear from drivers who may be able to help.
"I am keen to hear from anyone who was in and around the area between 8.30am and 9am particularly drivers who may have dashcam footage," he said. "Local officers continue to patrol the area to offer reassurance to residents and the wider community.
