 MULTIBANK FINANCIAL CORPORATION NAMES NEW DIRECTORS
 DEDHAM, Mass., June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Multibank Financial Corp.


(NASDAQ-NMS: MLTF) today announced the naming of two new members to its board of directors.
 They are Albert C. Cornelio of Pittsfield and Richard S. Sullivan of Longmeadow. Both Cornelio and Sullivan are also members of the board of directors of Multibank West, the company's affiliate bank, headquartered in Pittsfield.
 Cornelio is president and chief executive officer of Berkshire Life Insurance Company, Pittsfield, a nationwide provider of insurance and financial services. He is a graduate of Boston University Law School. He is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Berkshire County Bar associations and active in a number of charitable and civic organizations in Berkshire County.
 Sullivan is chairman and chief executive officer of Sullivan Paper Company, Inc., West Springfield. Sullivan Paper operates manufacturing plants in West Springfield, Little Falls, N.Y., and Appleton, Wis. Sullivan is a well-known business and civic leader in the Greater Springfield area, having been actively involved in community organizations for many years. He is currently director of the Retirement Fund of the town of West Springfield.
