MTMC Operations Center Reaches Out to Customers. (Government News).

Department of Defense operations and cargo movement personnel within the supply and transportation process will have an opportunity to sharpen their skills at the MTMC FY 2002 Freight Training Workshop, 14-17 January, at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Hampton, VA.

Workshop training sessions are planned with emphasis in freight routing, the Carrier Performance Program, GFM, CMOS, cargo booking and documentation requirements, transportation discrepancy report preparation, GOCARE, spot bids, PowerTrack, integrated booking system, surface negotiations, and prepayment audit and cost questions. Sessions enable the benefit of one-on-one interaction.
