MRG enters agreement.

M. Robert Goldman & Company (MRG) and M. Robert Goldman & Company of New Jersey, Inc. (MRG-NJ) have entered into a new correspondent relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC, the lending arm of StanCorp Financial Group, a leading west coast insurance company.

The new relationship with StanCorp Mortgage adds another prominent financing institution to the commercial banker's already extensive roster of correspondent representations, according to Jonathan Goldman, executive vice president of the MRG.

StanCorp Mortgage Investors finances a range of commercial property types including Franchise restaurants, industrial buildings with short term leases, self storage, unanchored retail buildings, free standing single tenant retail buildings, and other smaller income properties seeking fixed rate long term financing in the range of $500,000 to $3 million, indicates Goldman.
