 LOS ANGELES, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- NOW Entertainment's latest comic book, "Mr. T and The T-Force," the action-packed pro-social comic featuring the real live super hero Mr. T, written and drawn by comic book genius Neal Adams, hit the stores and newsstands Thursday, June 17. It costs $1.95 plus tax. This weekend, Mr. T will visit three stores in the Los Angeles area, from noon to 5 p.m. to meet fans and sign autographs as part of his worldwide promotional tour. The dates, store names and addresses are as follows:
 Friday, June 25, Jeffrey's Comics
 15530 Crenshaw Blvd., Gardena;

 12913 Harbor Blvd., Garden Grove;
 Sunday, June 27, Golden Apple
 7711 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles
 "Mr. T and The T-Force" was introduced at the New York Licensing Show, June 15, and to celebrate this genesis of a genre of comic books, which features the first real live super hero, Home Shopping Network sold a limited amount of signed and numbered embossed collector editions, and also included a 22 carat gold-leafed trading card, a reading copy of the comic book and a certificate of authenticity, specially packaged, for $110.
 The promotional tour officially began in Chicago, Mr. T's home town, and continued to Dayton, where hundreds of people in each city stood in line for hours to meet Mr. T and get his autograph on their first copy of the first edition of "Mr. T and The T-Force," already recognized as a collector's item. The tour continues to Michigan, New York, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, North Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Hawaii, Nevada, Northern California and Metropolis, Ill., where Mr. T will infiltrate Superman's home turf.
 The initial orders for "Mr. T and The T-Force" signaled the industry's enthusiasm and support and reorders began before the comic book was even out. Mr. T's universal appeal is expected to draw new readers to the comic book market and boost the multimillion dollar pop culture to greater heights.
