MP denies doing a Sharon Stone.

A Woman Labour MP was last night said to be furious about rumours that she wore no knickers on the Commons terrace.

The unnamed politician claims she is the victim of a smear campaign after senior Government sources revealed she had been officially warned about her allegedly rowdy behaviour in Parliament's bars. It is said that she has been dubbed the "Sharon Stone of Westminster", after the actress who revealed all in Basic Instinct.

The MP is quoted in the Sunday Times as saying: "I want to get to the bottom of where all this is coming from".
