MOTOROLA'S NEW FAST STATIC RAM DATA BOOK NOW AVAILABLE

 AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Motorola's Microprocessor and Memory Technologies Group now has a newly revised Fast Static RAM Data book (DL156/D Rev 1) from the Fast Static RAM Division. This new data book contains all the latest information on Motorola fast static RAMs, including data sheets on the complete library of 64K by 18 and 32K by 18 families to support PowerPC and Pentium microprocessors.
 Recently announced products, such as the 6-nanosecond 256K and 8-nanosecond 1-Meg asynchronous RAMs, are included as well as data on new OMPAC(TM) (over moulded pad array carrier) devices and a complete portfolio of standard and microprocessor specific fast static module solutions.
 New additions to the Fast Static RAM Data book include: a section on thermal performance of memory packages, with a handy reference table; a new application note entitled "A Zero Wait State Secondary Cache for Intel's Pentium;" a guide on device part number designators; an updated reliability section; and a combined selector guide and cross reference section for easier use.
