MOTOR WORKSHOPS IN GELEPHU TOBE SHIFTED TO ISC.

Ten automobile workshops near the Bhutan Indian border gate in Gelephu town will have toshift to the new Industrial Service Centre (ISC)by the end of this month.The new ISC, spreading over 75 acresand stretching from the present Bhutan OilDistributors (BOD) junction till the domesticairport along the Gelegphu - Zhemganghighway, has 102 plots.Around 31 existing business firms includingautomobile and fabrication workshops weregiven priority to select the plots while theremaining plots were allocated to other newservice firms. Plot owners were given six monthsto establish the business in 2017.According to the Gelephu Thromde, the tenautomobile workshops were directed to shift soas to create a level-playing field with workshopsthat operate from the ISC.
