MORTON'S OF CHICAGO NOW DELIVERS UPSCALE DINING

 CHICAGO, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The famous steaks and chops of Morton's of Chicago, The Steakhouse, can now be enjoyed at home. In conjunction with Allen Brothers, Inc., supplier of beef to 23 Morton's restaurants nationwide, a distinctive variety of USDA prime aged steaks and chops can be sent throughout the country, making the experience of a Morton's meal available anywhere.
 "Morton's has long been regarded as the nation's definitive steakhouse," says Michael J. Archer, president of Morton's. "Now, the same steaks and chops we expertly prepare in our kitchen countless times a day are available for home-dining enjoyment."
 All Morton's steaks are USDA prime, grain-fed beef that has been aged for two-and-one-half to three weeks, resulting in more tender and flavorful meat. This type of meat is generally unavailable in grocery store butcher shops, instead being reserved for upscale restaurants.
 In addition to offering such favorites as the restaurant's signature 48-ounce porterhouse and filets mignon, Morton's also offers strip steaks, prime rib eye steaks, and veal and lamb chops. For people who want to sample all the savory options, Morton's makes it easy by offering their Awesome Combination -- a variety pack that includes two 16-ounce prime rib eye steaks, two 20-ounce strip steaks, two 24-ounce porterhouse steaks and two 14-ounce filet mignons.
 Prices for Morton's assortments start at just $99, including Federal Express delivery. The steaks and chops can be ordered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-800-260-0111, or by completing a delivery order form available at any of the 23 Morton's restaurants nationwide.
 Morton's of Chicago, The Steakhouse, operates premium quality steakhouses and is one of the largest buyers of U.S.D.A. prime aged beef in the United States. The first Morton's was opened in 1978 in Chicago, where the company's headquarters is still located today. Morton's of Chicago is open Monday through Friday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 12 locations, and for dinner Monday through Saturday, 5:30 to 11 p.m. at all locations.
