MORE HIGH GRADE ASSAY RESULTS AT THE TABLE MOUNTAIN GOLD PROPERTY

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Cusac Industries Ltd. has received additional fire assay results from Bodar-Clegg's laboratory on its 100-square-mile Table Mountain gold property in north- western British Columbia. The table below lists assay results from the infill surface drilling on the West Bain Vein system (No. 93-1 to No. 93-5) and the newly discovered bonanza type gold bearing zone approximately 1,000 feet west of the Bain Vein (No. 93-7 to No. 93-12). These shallow holes were drilled at dips varying from 45 to 60 degrees to test the favorable listwanite (quartz carbonate) horizon.

 C 93-12(x) 276-279 3.0 5.051
 (x) 288-290 2.0 0.694
 (x) abundant visible gold
Results indicate the previously calculated average grade of 0.687 ounces per ton for the West Bain Vein is accurate and the western part of the zone is wider than expected with widths up to 13 feet encountered.
Cusac is planning to expand the next phase of the drill program scheduled in the near future. Drilling will undertake to extend the gold quartz bearing veins in the bonanza zone further towards the west. Also, other targets in the general vicinity of the West Bain Vein and the Bonanza Zone are to be systematically investigated for their ore reserve potential.
