 MOODY'S COMMENT: CALIFORNIA MAKES LEASE PAYMENTS
 RESERVE FUNDS NOT DRAWN UPON
 NEW YORK. Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Moody's Investors Service has been informed by the California State Treasurer's and Controller's offices that debt service payments for state lease obligations listed below, due today, were transferred to the trustees early today. Payments were made using administrative options available under current law and debt service reserve funds were not drawn upon.
