MNC FINANCIAL'S REGULATORY AGREEMENTS TERMINATED

 BALTIMORE, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- MNC Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MNC) announced today the company had been advised that the last of its regulatory agreements had been terminated effective Sept. 17, 1993.
 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) took the action last week and formally advised the MNC board of directors today that the OCC had determined the agreements with MNC subsidiaries Maryland National Bank and American Security Bank were no longer needed. In doing so, the OCC joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, which terminated its formal written agreement with MNC in August.
