 MITCHELL RESIGNS AS PRESIDENT, CEO OF ESCONDIDO NATIONAL BANK
 ESCONDIDO, Calif., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- After 10 years of service with Escondido National Bank, and eight years of service with ENB Holding Co., Harvey J. Mitchell has resigned as president and chief executive officer of Escondido National Bank and ENB Holding Co. to pursue other interests. Harvey L. Williamson, currently the president of San Marcos National Bank, will also serve as president of ENB Holding Co. and, subject to regulatory approval, interim president of Escondido National Bank.
