MISSING JO-JO..AT AGE 34; New appeal 13 years on.

The 21-year-old was last seen 13 years ago in Moone, Co Kildare, in November 1995.
And gardai are no closer to solving the mystery than they were on day one of the investigation.
On the anniversary of Jo Jo's disappearance yesterday, Crimestoppers launched a special campaign to support detectives in their ongoing probe.
And as part of the renewed appeal they issued a new age enhanced photo of Jo Jo and are offering a EUR10,000 reward for information.
A Garda spokesman said: "We are confident that someone knows what happened to Jo Jo.
"Were you in the Moone or Castledermot areas of Kildare at this time?
"Maybe you saw this person or maybe this person was you?
"Please call Crimestoppers or the gardai in Baltinglass if you have any information at all.
"You can contact Crimestoppers and your call will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence and you don't need to leave your name or address."
Jo Jo's heartbroken sister Mary Phelan said she will not give up until the mystery is solved.
She added: "People say it gets easier with time, but I believe it gets harder."
Jo Jo was last seen at a public phone box in Moone at approximately 11.35pm on November 9, 1995.
Later that evening, at around midnight, a woman fitting Jo Jo's description was seen hitchhiking at Castledermot heading for Carlow.
Crimestoppers in now offering a EUR10,000 reward to assist gardai in their ongoing investigation into what happened that night.
